The Organizational Unit of Professional Services performs: administrative-legal, financial, administrative-technical, library, information-computer and other tasks that are of common interest for performing the activities of the Faculty.
The work of the Organizational Unit of Professional Services is managed by the Secretary of the Faculty in accordance with the Law on Higher Education and the Statute of the Faculty.

The Department for Basic Education takes care of the legally based realization of study programs of integrated academic, basic and specialist vocational studies, keeps official records related to students, from enrollment to the faculty until graduation, and performs professional and administrative tasks that enable students to exercise their rights in relation to as a student.

Division for general and administrative-legal affairs
The Office for General and Administrative-Legal Affairs ensures the legality of the work of the Faculty's bodies, takes care of the adoption and implementation of the Statute, regulations, rules of procedure, decisions, decisions and other acts, performs personnel duties, as well as archiving and delivering materials. The Service for General and Administrative-Legal Affairs, within its scope of work, prepared the following general and by-laws: Statutes of the Faculty, general regulations, regulations on elections to positions, regulations on the work of the board and the Ethics Committee, and rules of procedure on the work of management bodies and experts bodies of the Faculty.

Division for financial affairs
The organization of the work of the Financial Affairs Service includes budget accounting, which includes the conditions and method of keeping business books and records, defining accounting documents, the movement of accounting documents on the basis of which all business transactions and other events affecting property and capital, receivables and liabilities are recorded, sources of financing, income and receipts, i.e. expenses and expenditures, as well as the results of the Faculty's operations.

Division for security and maintenance services
The security and maintenance service is a professional service that performs maintenance work on installations (electrical, plumbing, heating and sewage), appliances, as well as hygiene maintenance work. The security and maintenance service also performs other tasks, which include: tasks related to the safety and health of employees at work, control of entry and exit of students, employees and other persons in the Faculty building.

The service for computer and information services is a service that provides teachers and students with the necessary services for mastering all jobs related to information technologies. Library
The activities of the Library are acquisition, processing and publishing of library materials (monographic publications: textbooks, practicals, atlases, monographs and serial publications: magazines). One of the services is interlibrary loan with libraries of other faculties in the country. Through the "Nikola Tesla" University Library in Niš, it is possible to borrow articles from foreign magazines and monographs. The library cooperates with the National Library of Serbia, the University Library in Belgrade "Svetozar Marković", the SANU library and the Matica Srpska Library in Novi Sad.
An important activity is access via KOBSON to available worldwide electronic services with over 35,000 titles of scientific journals in full text (Cambridge University Press, EBSCO, Highwire-Press, Oxford Journals, ProQuest, Science Direct, SpringerLink, Wiley Interscience) and about 40,000 book titles. (Cleveland Medicine Index, Pubmed, Springer-Link, and Google Books), as well as the most important index databases (Web of Science, Medline, Scopus, Serbian citation index).
We train users: teachers, associates (teaching assistants and assistants, research associates), doctoral candidates, students and specialists for independent work and the use of electronic sources and information. By opening licenses for KOBSON via remote access, working from home is enabled for employees. The library actively participates in the updating of databases of publishing activity, expert preparation of bibliographies of researchers, associates and teachers and monitoring of their citations. We regularly update the published works of our associates and teachers in indexed journals with IF (M21a, M21, M22, M23), which is visible on the Faculty's website in the survey results.

Division for public procurements
The Public Procurement Service ensures the application and implementation of the Law on Public Procurement at the Faculty, and performs the following tasks within its competence:
- monitors and applies legal regulations in the field of public procurement
- conducts public procurement procedures in accordance with the law and by-laws
- cooperates with the competent services for which procurement is carried out until the end of the process
- performs control of tender documentation, draws up contracts in the domain of public procurement
- drafts contracts in the domain of public procurement

Publishing Service
The Publishing Service was established in 2019 with the aim of improving the quality and better organization of the publishing process. A team has been formed that will work in the Service, which consists of linguists, lecturers for Serbian and English, a translator and professional and technical associates.
The Service receives and prepares papers for publication in the journals Acta medica Medianae, Acta facultatis medicae Naissensis and Acta stomatologica Naissi. There is a significant tradition of publishing journals published by the Faculty, Acta medica Medianae since the founding of the Faculty, Acta facultatis medicae Naissensis since 1970 and Acta stomatologica Naissi since 1984, which is why special attention is paid to the continuity of publishing journals. In line with world trends, electronic editing and preparation of papers for printing has been introduced.
The service is engaged in the presentation of publishing activities with the aim of promoting results and achievements in the field of medical and biomedical sciences.
One of the important goals of the publishing activity of the faculty is to provide students of all levels of studies with basic textbooks and additional literature that will improve teaching and educational work. The publishing activity of the Faculty includes publishing publications intended for other types of academic and professional training. All professional and administrative tasks for the needs of publishing are performed by the Publishing Service. The Service monitors all phases of the publication, coordinates work with the printing house and authors, provides ISBN, CIP and DOI, prepares circulation. Publications included in the publishing activity are: textbooks, monographs, practicums, scientific books, historiographies, atlases, collections of papers, special and other editions of the Faculty.
