The Public Procurement Service ensures the application and implementation of the Law on Public Procurement at the Faculty, and performs the following tasks within its competence:

 

• monitors and applies legal regulations in the field of public procurement
• conducts public procurement procedures in accordance with the law and by-laws
• cooperates with the competent services for which procurement is carried out until the end of the process
• performs control of tender documentation, draws up contracts in the domain of public procurement
• drafts contracts in the domain of public procurement
